A new way to securely and conveniently access your health information and communicate with Union Medical Group.

Our new Patient Portal makes it easy to access your health information and to conveniently:

• Request medication refills (for non-controlled substances)
• Request a referral
• Direct questions to our clinical staff
• Direct questions to our billing staff
• Receive lab, x-ray and study results
• Review your medical history, add updates, make changes, verify your medication list and allergies
• Print a continuity of care record with your medical information, which you can take to other appointments
• Access your records from your specialists' offices, allowing your other doctors to view, print or upload the information from your chart to their electronic records

To take advantage of these features, you must already be a patient of Union Medical Group and register for PatientPoint.
